Pre-launch compliance
MotionUnseen Camera is a low-voltage connected radio product. Production sales will remain disabled until the applicable product, radio, environmental and connected-product requirements have been completed and documented.
Radio and EMC
The finished Camera must demonstrate applicable radio-spectrum, electromagnetic-compatibility and safety requirements before being placed on the market. Component approvals alone do not replace assessment of the finished product.
Connected-product security
Before consumer sales open, MotionUnseen will publish the required vulnerability-reporting route and minimum security-update period and will provide the required product-security statement of compliance.
Environmental responsibilities
Production launch will include the required electrical-equipment and battery producer registrations, reporting and end-of-life responsibilities applicable to products placed on the UK market.
The website may show pre-launch product information and TEST checkout paths, but production purchase is not enabled. MotionUnseen will not describe a production Camera as CE or UKCA compliant until the applicable conformity work and supporting technical documentation are complete.
The minimum security-update period is still to be fixed as a formal launch commitment. It will be published clearly before production sales begin and will form part of the product-security information supplied with the Camera.
MotionUnseen now publishes a dedicated security vulnerability reporting route, including the acknowledgement and status-update times a reporter can expect.
