For two years from delivery, MotionUnseen intends to repair or replace a Camera that develops a manufacturing or hardware defect covered by this guarantee.

Power banks supplied with a Camera package
1-year hardware guarantee
For one year from delivery, supplied power banks are covered against manufacturing defects and premature hardware failure.
Normal reduction in rechargeable-battery capacity through age and ordinary use is not itself a manufacturing defect.
What the guarantee does not cover
The commercial guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, incorrect power supplies, unauthorised modification, deliberate damage, or use outside the published environmental and operating limits. We will not reject a legitimate statutory claim merely because a product has been opened or altered where that action did not cause the fault being claimed for.
Your statutory rights remain
This guarantee is additional to, and does not affect, your statutory rights. Consumer goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. A guarantee ending does not automatically end statutory rights that may still apply.
How to make a claim
Contact MotionUnseen support with proof of purchase, the Camera serial number where available, and a description of the fault. We will normally try remote diagnosis first. Where return is required, we will provide return instructions before the product is sent.
